SANCTUARY OF HEALING

FOR THE WEARY SOUL.

INDIVIDUAL, RELATIONAL & GROUP THERAPY

Your longing has brought you here for a purpose. You may not have language for it,
but you know what it’s like to feel everything deeply.

Whether you identify as a highly sensitive person, an empath, or simply someone who carries more than others can see, you are in the right place.

Welcome.

This is a space for healing, hope, and transformation. Wherever you’ve traveled from, you are invited to bring your whole story here.

You might be grieving a loss, moving through anxiety, feeling the weight of burnout, navigating relationship pain, or sensing a quiet desire for something more. Your healing journey begins here. I work with people who feel deeply, carry a lot, and are often overwhelmed by how much they hold.

Perhaps you’re longing to loosen patterns that no longer serve you— patterns of over-giving, codependency, or losing yourself in relationships. Perhaps you’re standing in a life transition, or you’re simply ready for a deeper connection with yourself. Beginnings can feel uncertain. And still—this is where meaningful change begins.

As a licensed mental health counselor, I offer psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and relational therapy, supporting you in understanding how your past has shaped the way you move through the present. Together, we’ll gently explore how stories from your past are influencing your present and can transform your future. Our work is not to fix you—but to understand you.

And from that understanding, something new can begin. Together, we’ll cultivate deep self-awareness, empowering you to turn pain into purpose and reclaim your life with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

It is a process of returning: to your voice, your needs, your inner clarity.

Your story matters. And healing is possible.

At last, shall we begin?

You have arrived. Take a breath…

Counseling is for everyone, because growth is for all.

You are not alone.

The human experience is filled with both joy and pain, and every emotion in between—often all at once. We all face life challenges—whether in relationships, work, health, parenting, or personal loss—and these are the very parts of you I welcome into my therapy space. Healing is a journey best navigated together, and you don’t have to do it alone.

I work with individuals who are tired of empty promises and quick fixes that leave them feeling more disconnected from the life they desire—one filled with meaning, connection, purpose, and passion. In a world flooded with information, my clients share that my therapeutic approach offers lasting, internal transformation that creates real, sustainable change.

You might be someone who feels deeply, notices everything, and carries more than others realize. You may feel overwhelmed by emotions, sensitive to others’ needs, or exhausted from holding so much for so long. Therapy here is a place where your sensitivity is not “too much”—it’s understood, honored, and gently supported.

I believe everyone deserves compassionate, high-quality mental health care in a space that feels safe, inclusive, and affirming. I welcome all identities and experiences across race, culture, age, ability, gender, and orientation—honoring the unique stories that shape each of us.

Grounded in cultural humility and trauma-informed care, I offer support that respects your whole self. When additional care is needed, I collaborate with a trusted network of specialized providers to ensure you’re fully supported on your path to healing.

I also recognize that we hold multitudes and sometimes need more than one lens or witness. When care extends beyond my scope of practice, I collaborate with a trusted network of providers in the community to ensure holistic and comprehensive support.
